Schedule a time that’s convenient for you. Get in an efficient 20-minute session after you drop off the kids, during your lunch break or on an open night or weekend.
A well-rested and hydrated body enhances the benefits of your Katalyst workout, so drink up! Other than that, there’s no prep necessary – we have everything at our studio that you’ll need, including clothing and equipment.
After you check in, our trainers will meet with you to develop a personalized plan to achieve your fitness goals. We can track your progress right down to the cellular level.
You’ll change into a base layer and a trainer will help you put on a Katalyst suit. In just 20 minutes, you’ll be guided through a series of movements that will work multiple muscle groups at the same time – without placing any external load or forces on your joints.
Following your training, you’ll need to drink plenty of water. Your muscles will feel sore for a few days, but that’s just your body’s way of telling you that you’re making progress! Rest and come back later in the week to keep pushing toward your goal.
