Schedule a time that’s convenient for you.  Get in an efficient 20-minute session after you drop off the kids, during your lunch break or on an open night or weekend.

A well-rested and hydrated body enhances the benefits of your Katalyst workout, so drink up!  Other than that, there’s no prep necessary – we have everything at our studio that you’ll need including clothing and equipment.

After you check in, our trainers will meet with you to develop a personalized plan to achieve your fitness goals.  We can track your progress right down to the cellular level.

You’ll change into a base layer and an trainer help you put on a Katalyst suit.  In just 20 minutes, you’ll be guided through a series of movements that will work out multiple muscle groups at the same time without any external loads or forces on your joints.

Following your training, you’ll need to drink plenty of water.  Your muscles will feel sore for a few days, but that’s just your body’s way of telling you that you’re making progress!  Rest and come back later in the week to keep pushing toward your goal.
