Katalyst Inc., a Washington corporation (the “Company”, “we”, “us” and their derivatives), respects your privacy and has implemented this Katalyst Training Privacy Policy (this “privacy policy”) to demonstrate its commitment to protecting it. This privacy policy is incorporated by reference into the Katalyst Training Terms of Use, available here (the “Terms of Use”). Capitalized terms that are used but not defined in this privacy policy have the meanings assigned in the Terms of Use.

This privacy policy describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide when you visit the Website (including by purchasing merchandise or other goods through it), engage in the Signup Process, and/or use the Katalyst Training Services and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.

This privacy policy applies to information we collect:

  • In email, text, and other electronic messages between you and the Company.
  • During the Signup Process.
  • In connection with your use and our provision of the Katalyst Training Services (including Session Data).

Children Under the Age of 13

Our Website is not intended for children under 13 years of age. No one under age 13 may provide any information to us, including through use of the Website. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are under 13, do not use or provide any information on the Website, make any purchases through the Website or provide any information about yourself to us. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 13, we will delete that information.
